Dear Sir,

Augment Cadtools with

1. 2D Curves Menu (Horizontal - Circular, Transition (Spiral); Vertical - Parabolic)).

2. In Lines - To export the Polyline Co-ordinates to excel of 2/3d polyline at fixed station interval. (input needed Start Station, select 3d poly line etc.)

Hi!

Sorry, but there will not be any "real alignments in CadTools this is due complexity. CadTools will never be a "Full Blown" Civil software. For these tasks you should use a more sophisticated software.

To export coordinates at stations check the "Slope and Roadsign command. In the bottom of the form you have checkbox "Save intersections to tmp-file. For 2D lines this generates all coordinates you need.
For 3D lines you have the "Transverse 3D lines between 3D polylines" command it works in a similar way and also have the "Save to tmp-file option"

Booth commands need a extra polyline to target, you can draw a single polyline that extends the original polyline and use that one as a target polyline. For more information please read the helpfile.

I'll consider a "Save to tmp-file" in the Stationing command.

Dear Lars,

Thank You Lars.

I have checked "Slope and Roadsign" & "Transverse 3D lines between 3D polylines" command works to export coordinates at station points.

"Save to tmp-file" in the Stationing command will be more added advantage.

With Warm Regards
