Hellor Lars,
in my projects I used the survey that is provided by the owner and the topo survey plans are made from polylines and lines with zero elevation.
Can you make a function to elevate the 3dpoly automatic using 3D points closer?
In this moment I make them manually, so I copy again a survey plan.

There is a function that might help. Look into the helpfile for "Lines, Set 2D Polyline by nearest text"

Hello,
I know that function, but I need 3dpoly not 2d polyline.
I need the 3dpoly to copy the entire survey plan and to use them in civil3d.
With 2d poly I can make minor and major contours and I don't need these contours.

Create a surface of and drape the lines onto it (vertecies only?). Before you drape you need to convert all 2d lines to 3D, use "Conver Command"
