Title: Marker on elevation end loose lines

Hoi,


I am looking for a tool to place a marker at any point with a given elevation.
it can be point objects, 2d line or 3d line vertex.
for example all vertexes or points with a height of -1.00
possibility to specify height variable

And another marker at the location where a line is not connected 2d or 3d.

Have been looking for longer time but can not find anything.
