Title: I CAN'T UPDATE CADTOOLS 720

I have windows 10 (last update) .
I can update the new cadtools version 720 or install again .
When click on any of them I have n't rtesponse
Does nothing no messages absolutly nothing.
I tried  to install as administrator or in convenience but the result is the
same.
Can anyone has the same problem?
The problem begins with the last windows 10 update.

I downloaded the zip file,  uncompessed it and now works.
I  instaled version 720 Ok

Might be something bad with the download file, I'll exchange them on the server.
