Title: Text from CSV in various layers

Hallo,

I have a CSV in the format Layer, x, y, z, text.
So would like to use the Layer column to put the text in different layers.
Or the option to put the elevation annotate in the same layer as an object and not in layer "0"

Latest update 739 have a layer override column.

Hallo Lars

Thank you for your message and adjustment in CadTools.
If I now use the tool to place text, they all end up at coordinate 0,0,0
The other draw tools work fine.
