Will the support for AutoCAD 2022 also be included in the portable version?

I would be very grateful for this.  :)

Unfortunately I get an error with version 748, despite the identical settings.

Do you have an idea how I can solve this?

Try to run it as administrator

It works for version 736, but not for version 748.  :'(

Right mouse button -> "run as administrator" makes no difference.

Try to run both CAD and CadTools as administrator......
Sorry I've tested and it doesn't work. I will look into it.
