Thank you very much.
The manual covers the basic of all commands and it’s true that it could be improved. It’s more fun coding than typing in a documentation probably that’s one of the reasons.
For my heavy lifting I’m using Bentley’s InRoads and the printed documentation spans over thousands of pages describing what every command and setting does. Sometimes I would like some more of that documentation to, a type of explanation of situations when particularly commands can be used.
CadTools is a simple software compared to other Civil Software but still it can do a lot to a small cost, booth time and money. Expanding the documentation shouldn’t be any problems but my experience is that many commands can be used in many different ways and it’s hard to describe them all. It would be nice to have a really god documentation to ship with the software.
What kind of improvement would you like to have in the documentation?
