Is There a semitrailer available that is like that attached.

Hi!

There are similar, copy one of them and modify dimensions as you need. Save it! Make a short path, run a simulation and check vehicle dimensions in the drawing.

Does it make a difference if the rear wheels of a semitrailer have three axles or two.

Not really, the towed part rotates at the center of the three axels. This is true if the axle load is same for them. This assumption is used in all vehicles and described in the helpfile or the documentation.

You could try and then compare the result with any other software (AuroTurn). Probably you'll get same result.
