Title: Slope arrows on 3d polylines

There is a command Lines/slope arrows on 3d polylines that puts slope arrows  at intervals to 3d polylines. But sometime we need only one arrow to every segment  of the line (on the medle of line) . So  it  must be a  choice between intrval or segment  for place the arrow
