Title: MS Turn fails to plot vehicles and paths in Newer V8i Versions

Running 1.0.22 with PowerCivil for North America V8i Ss2. The Version number is 8.11.09.397. I have use MS Turn in other versions of this product.
It finds the path element and will report if the angles are exceeded, but when it comes to the plot portion, A series of dialog boxes open with the following message:
Method '~' of object '~' failed PlotSegment
With mi settings, there were 6 with the status message of "plotting vehicle" and one with the message "Plotting sweep lines....Please wait.

Hi!

There seems to be something wrong while plotting to the DGN, please check levels settings in MSTurn. Are all levels ok for plotting? (looked, freeze)
