I'm sorry but ProgeCAD is based on Intellicad Technology. CadTools need a COM object that resembles AutoCAD.

I've been using CadTools for years and every time I discover how useful it is.
I really want to register and unlock more features but unfortunately, we don't have Paypal in our country.
Is there any other way to donate?
