The ability to either import CVS file OR copy and paste from a source like notepad or excel into a list which would batch create multiple layers
Would be handy if could also pre-select line types, line weights and color in the tool.
This can already be done in a way whereby you are creating points and can override the layer. The layer may not exist and this tool automatically creates the layer. This however requires geometry in the form of points/blocks....
The idea does not require geometry in drawing space, merely creates layers to which geometry (lines, 3D objects, dimensions...) can be assigned to later on
