Fixed correct number of decimals is shown in "Volume by Elevation". The number of decimals is now always same as in your interval even if you type ".10"
Some users have problems canceling commands with ESC. I can't promise this is fixed because I can't reproduce same behavior myself. I've done some changing in the code, hope it helps.
