Station Mode on Surface Profile Command

Is it possible to change the stationing display mode in surface profiles to the american style, IE what you would show as 0+100 I show as 1+00. Its no big deal to edit the stations but it can be time consuming.

There are several places in CadTools where this will affect. I can't promise anything but I give it a try.

Yes, Ive noticed it other places too like stationing a centerline. It would be nice if it could be fixed. Maybe add some kind of global formatting option. Its not a huge problem.

Proabaly this will be in next update. I'm working on three formats for stations (ssss.ss   ss+ss.sss  s+sss.sss)
